Market statistics for October were all ALL over the map…the only consistent set of metrics was that active inventory was consistently down compared to last year. This, combined with all the other reasons to sell in the “off season” should be enough to pursuade some savvy sellers to jump into the market ahead of next spring – there is less competition and prices are still strong!
