July was about the same as every month this year, with inventory down and days on the market down in most ZIP Codes. Prices are up in most cities and counties, but the number of sales is variable. What this means is that buyers are starting to realize that this is no longer a buyer’s market – maybe because messaging from industry bodies companies has started to gain traction or maybe some buyers have realized how tight the inventory is. Either way, it would appear that even some hard-to-move properties are now moving. Check out your neighborhood below:
