In 2016 the National Association of Realtors published a report on 10 outdoor remodeling projects, and asked REALTORS® to estimate how much they added to the value of the property. The survey was created using feedback from over 4,000 consumers and 430 National Association of Landscape Professional who estimated the cost of the improvements. Almost 2,000 NAR members were then emailed and surveyed on the value of the improvements. Here are the results:
