While sales and prices fluctuated quite a bit over November 2018, low inventory continues to be an issue and consequently days on the market were also lower than this time last year. Eastern West Virginia, Frederick MD, Fairfax VA and Washington D.C saw the highest price increases, whereas Arlington and Alexandria had the most significant decreases in inventory and days on market. Loudoun’s end-month median sales prices is a new 10-year month-over-month record.
