Homes were flying off the shelves again during April. In every county and city in Northern Virginia Days on the Market were down compared to last year. In the majority of cases, prices were up and inventory was down. It has been feeling like this is continuing in May in Loudoun, with anything accurately priced under $400,000 moving along in record time. In Loudoun County the median price rose 8% to $469,500, the 2nd highest figure in the past 10 years, while sellers actually received 99.1% of the original list price!
